COVID-19 Update for September 27th Services

Dear Crosspoint Family & Friends,

Make sure you take some time and read down through the announcements of events taking place at Crosspoint! We have the sign-ups for Sunday morning and evening, Trunk or Treat information, we are asking for special prayer, and all the information for middle and high school is included. A lot for sure! Thanks for being a part of what God is doing here at our church. Blessings!

Trunk or Treat
Dear Parents: Due to Covid-19, we will not be able to do our usual Trunk or Treat in the parking lot this year. However, our Upstreet characters (Pastor Gary, Nerdle, Inspector Upstreet, the Dancing Machine, and many more) would like to pay you a brief visit at your home on October 24th!!! This will be available for the first 20 households. Please fill out the last name of the household you desire for us to visit. If possible, invite other families to your home so we can minister to more children in our church/community. Stay tuned for more details. Kindly click on the link and book your family to have a special visit from all the great characters of Upstreet,

Special Prayer for America is Needed
Franklin Graham, CEO of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan's Purse, is calling on Christians in America to participate in prayer for our nation on Saturday, September, 26th. Franklin said, "I am going to be here in our nation's capital to pray and I hope thousands of families, pastors, and churches will join me. Our nation is in trouble and we need God's help." Organizers emphasize the event is a dedicated prayer march focused exclusively on asking God to heal America. It is not a political rally or event. Let's join Graham, and those who will be in Washington D.C. with him, in prayer for our country on Saturday between noon and 2pm, thank you.

Middle and High School
On September 27th, at 9:30 Thrive AM consists of the Middle School (6th-8th grade) with Rusty, Colby, Dan & Una, and the High School (9-12th grade) with Pencil and Ryan. They meet in the Trudy Wilson Thrive Student Center. (No sign-up required at this time.)

On September 27th, Refuel (our Student Service) had a great first week of Refuel. Be reminded there are a couple of changes due to COVID-19 restrictions: 6-8th grade will meet in the Thrive Student Center from 4:00-5:30 PM, and 9-12th grade meet from 5:30-7:00 PM. This Sunday, they will explore Part 2 of their Series, “Who’s Scared,” as they tackle the topic of, “Overcoming the Fear of Rejection.” We are asking students to wear a face mask when they arrive, and when they can practice social distancing, they may take it off. We will be doing temperature checks as the students come in.  It is very important to sign up for the service, this assists us in staying with-in the COVID guidelines. Please sign up here. https://www.signupgenius.com/go/60b0b4fa9a628aafd0-400

September 30th is Thrive Youth Group (6th-12th Grade) from 6:00-7:00 PM, with the doors opening at 5:30 PM. High School is with Pencil & Ryan, and the Middle School is with Colby & Melissa. They meet in the Thrive Center!

Sunday Morning and Evening
Please note that the 8am and 11am services have an additional option for church in the Thrive Center. We are using this as another venue so more people can come to church, we can have 50 in each location!! The service in the Thrive Center is being livestreamed in, and those that have chosen this option have enjoyed it. So, if you cannot get in to join us in the auditorium at these times, sign up for the Thrive Center.

To sign up for any of our regular church services and kids programs, all you have to do is click on the time 8am, 9:30am, 11am, and 12:30, and it will take you to links so you can sign up. You simply sign up for the programs you or your family will be attending. The same applies to Sunday evening, just click on the event, and it will take you to the links.

If you have questions, or need help, call Janel at the church, and she will help you sign up, 947-6576. We are doing our best to make this process as painless as possible.
